| 1. | To enjoy the Offer, Customer is required to subscribe to one of the above-mentioned Mobile Broadband Service Plan for a Minimum Contract Period of 12-18 months. A Subsidy of HK$1,000 to HK$3,500 is payable if the Customer changes to a lower service rate plan or terminates the Mobile Service within the Minimum Contract Period. | ||
| 2. | The Offer includes an instant discount and rebate. In case of early termination of the Mobile Services within the Minimum Contract Period, the remaining handset rebate amount shall be forfeited immediately. | ||
| 3. | Customer may enjoy the Offer (instant discount) if he / she subscribes to CSL's "Credit Card Auto-pay Service" to settle his / her monthly mobile charges. If the Customer does not subscribe to the "Credit Card Auto-pay Service", he / she can still enjoy the Handset Offer (10-month Rebate) provided that the Customer purchases the handset at list price upfront, in such case he / she will receive a 10-month rebate starting from the 2nd month on his / her account. | ||
