Terms and Conditions:
 
  1. The Mobile Broadband High Usage Service Plan is only limited to customers who use Mobile Broadband supporting devices.

  2. Customer who has not currently subscribed to any 1O1O service rate plan may still use the Mobile Broadband Service provided that the Customer signs up a Mobile Broadband High Usage Service Plan for a Minimum Contract Period of 12 months. A subsidy of $500 is payable if the Customer changes to a lower service rate plan or terminates the Mobile service within the Minimum Contract Period.   3. Local Voice and Short Message Service (SMS) Charges: HK$0.8/min (HK$0.5/min "Within MTR Stations") and HK$1/intra-network SMS. For inter-network SMS, an additional HK$0.5 shall be charged. An additional HK$3 shall be charged for sending SMS overseas whilst in Hong Kong.

  4. Thereafter charge for local data usage is HK$0.01/KB.

  5. Any overseas roaming usage involved shall follow the standard voice and data roaming rates. For details, please click here .

  6. Voice call airtime shall be counted in units of minutes. Airtime less than 1 minute shall be counted as 1 minute. Local data usage shall be rounded up KB each month and data usage less than 1 KB shall be counted as 1 KB.

  7. HK$538 Mobile Broadband High Usage Service Plan subscribers can enjoy a service fee waiver for the CSL Limited ("CSL") Wi-Fi Service (Unlimited Usage) during the Minimum Contract Period. After the Minimum Contract Period, the Customer shall be charged HK$50 per month for CSL Wi-Fi Service (Unlimited Usage).

  8. The prices stated above are for reference only, no prior notice will be given should there be any changes.

  9. Once customers using Windows Mobile powered Pocket PC / Smartphone login to Windows Live, their personal data will be updated automatically and periodically, which will generate extra data usage volume, (even if the customer is overseas.) Please logout properly after use.

  10. The Customer's use of the Mobile Service is subject to the coverage and connectivity conditions of the network and CSL makes no guarantee regarding the service performance and availability of the network. The Customer acknowledges and understands that the data download and data upload speeds may be different and varies between devices.

  11. The abovementioned plans are subject to the terms and conditions of CSL 1O1O's Mobile Radio Telephone Service and Handset Purchase Agreement ("MRTSA"), CSL 1O1O's MRTSA Application Form, CSL Mobile Broadband Service Handheld Bundle Plan Supplemental Agreement and the terms and conditions of any third party suppliers.
